Refund Policy
As Independent Herbalife Distributors we offer an exchange or a full refund.
Simply request a refund from us within 30 days from your receipt of the product, and return the unused portion with the product containers to us.
To make a return, follow these three easy steps:
1. Return the Refund Form and the Retail Receipt enclosed with your order.
2. Sign ONLY the "CUSTOMER'S SIGNATURE" line on each form. (the remainder of each form will be completed by us upon reviewing your return).
3. Send us the unused portion of the product within 30 days of receiving your purchase to:

The following will apply:

Postage fees are non-refundable on returns. Returned orders that received Free Shipping will have the waived shipping charges deducted from the return credit. Exchanges will incur additional shipping charges. Return processing may take up to a maximum of 2-4 weeks.

Items that are not returned in their original packaging will not be refunded.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Return shipping/handling costs are non-refundable.
EXCHANGES
If an item is exchanged, new shipping and handling fees will be added.
SALES RECEIPTS
A copy of the sales receipt must accompany all returns. Your return authorization number must accompany all returns.
CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel this transaction, without any penalty or obligation, within three business days from the date of transaction. If you cancel, any property traded in, any payments made by you under the contract or sale, and any negotiable instrument executed by you will be returned within ten business days following receipt by the seller of your cancellation notice, and any security interest arising out of the transaction will be canceled.
If you cancel, you must ship/deliver to the seller, in substantially as good condition as when received, any goods delivered to you under this contract or sale; or you may, if you wish, comply with the instructions of the seller regarding the return shipment of the goods, at seller expense and risk. (Shipping costs will be refunded upon receipt of proof of shipping costs) if you agree to return the goods to the seller and fail to do so, then you remain liable for performance of all obligations under the contract. LOST OR STOLEN RETURNED PACKAGES
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend that you keep proper Proof of Delivery.
Herbalife images, and product references are respectfully the exclusive property of Herbalife International with all rights reserved.
We gladly accept all major credit cards (Visa, Master Card, Laser etc) for online orders. Cheques and Postal Orders are accepted, but the products only ship after the check or Postal order has cleared.
All weight loss claims refer to the Herbalife Weight Management Programme which includes, amongst other things, a calorie-controlled diet, regular exercise, an adequate daily fluid intake and appropriate rest.
